Thanks for your comment! The Wall Street Journal and Zillow article indicates that the market is short 4.5 million homes. The rental market is popular right now with the high interest rates. However, homes in certain price ranges are still selling consistently. And with upcoming fed rate cuts, we should start to see the housing market regain traction.
