I feel so sorry. No respect for living dogs animals and, I suppose, also humans. Is it a sociaty problem? It seems so. I am not a vegetarian. Ive been a hunter, shoot moose's for food. In advance we know that day ratio. If I can't get a good shoot I hold it. They bring food for my family. At least I can make a fast dead for them. I always feel a little sad, standing by that animal. Steam raise from the body, I hope you never understood it hat happened. Respect for every living human and animal, to get a good sociaty.for me and my loved ones. Act! very annoying that this 5 day policy is in place and I know there's a lot of people who are working there arses off to try and rehome or get something for the dogs but reality is 5 days isn't long enough, as a dog owner I was angry looking at fine dog's dumped by stupid ignorant people who have no clue on breeding dogs just to have them dumped because oh Tommy is now into Pony's so off they go and look to breed pony's those are the people who should be in the green wheelie bins I know there's more that could be done to prevent healthy dogs been killed I see some trolls saying that the vets are murderers what a sad and pathetic view you have of the people involved in the video ,unfortunately at the end of the day that the vets have to kill .

Fair play to you all for taking Luna and for making something that, in my opinion, the public badly needs to see. so many incorrect and frustrating opinions out there about pound dogs. This video helps break down those misconceptions and shows the harsh reality of what's going on silently in this country. Every dog bought from a breeder is a dog that could have been saved from those bins. Thank you

Just to add they are 1st and foremost my beloved pets, I just find an irony that where as humans would end their lives, they now save humans?

I have adopted/rescued 2 unwanted/death row dogs from Ireland, the eldest is now a fully qualified operational Search and Rescue Dog looking for vulnerable missing people and the youngest is a very promissive trainee;-)

I'm not sure about the ancient Celtic lands use of the TiPi like structures, but I do know that in the Norse areas they used a TiPi like structure for a temporary camp (and I'm talking about the wider population, not just the Sami people). So, YES, Europeans had TiPis too! (They just didn't call them "Tipis"). Europeans had a sweat lodge too. Europeans had their own native drums, chants/songs, vision quests etc. We are all related. We are all Children of Mother Earth. Thank God for that ending, this is heartbreaking. I dont think I could have walked away and left the pup there either. I have my own little rescue dog oddie a patterdale terrier who had a week left after 3 months in a kennel, the owner had died and the son had been left with three dogs he put in a kennel on a time limit. Oddie is a year old and the most affectionate well behaved dog ever you could meet, a member of the family and dearly beloved. People should never buy dogs when so many are left in pounds like this.

The prob is not of breeding it's who breeds and for why are they breeding. If you not breeding for pure bred ped dogs then you shouldn't breed. If you breeding for show and working dogs and to better the breed and love of the breed thats the only reason you should ever breed. The breeder should take back any of there pups no matter of age of dog if the owner can no longer care for it and re-home the dog so they don't end up in dog pounds. If you got dog for pet spay it.

@jozsefkacsa Depends on the pound some are assholes to them that don't try in the slightest. I don't think there should be a ban on breeding fullstop but breeding pedigree dogs should be left to the professionals and all the little twats that think they should breed there dog just because they can need to grow up. A professional breeder will take their pups back if you can no longer look after it rather than let it go to the pound. If they don't offer this they're a crap breeder and u shud avoid
