Ever heard of Divinity Designs? They have many designs I feel would fit nicely with your company. Although, I have no idea if they sell to retailers. Gina Marie Designs has many reasonably priced dies that could work well with your offering good quality product at reasonable prices business model. As for Creativation, I'm still viewing the videos & might return with some additional requests.

It is on a product-by-product basis. So once a product comes in and is no longer a pre-order, that coupon will no longer work for that product but will still work for any others which have arrived.
