This is a really stupid show. Nothing about the construction, just showing the bare lot and then the finished barn? And a bit of accountancy and some jumped-up twat giving his snotty opinion on whether it's profitable? You don't KNOW if it's proftable until you sell the bloody property.
The contrast between the beauty of a wood structure in nature and a marvel of performance automotive engineering evokes a strong emotional response to the artistic expression conveyed by the videographer who captured it masterfully.

Beautiful garage and as long as there are posh people paying big money for incredibly inefficient medieval houses that salesman might be right. But what happens once it dawns upon them that heating costs and emissions standards are changing? Maybe a photovoltaic garage would have been the smarter and more responsible way to go.

Hello Otti, not a question we have been asked before, but I will try to answer this. In the UK the structural requirements may differ from other countries, for instance if you live in a Country that experiences high volumes of snow then your roofing regulations would differ. In any event, our roofs are actually over engineered above the minimal requirement, as for its survival, our roofs handle rain and UK snow and last along with the rest of the structure, the over riding factor here is the roof is designed and built to the UK building regulations, which tends to be very robust in the Country.
