@@LalynaRodriguez I haven’t seen the medium size but going by the price I think it’s a decent jump in size. I could be wrong though.

@@djmommymom I do not have the Dix. But you are correct it does resemble the Dix. I think the Rodeo is more modern and I like the slouchy look more. The Dix is very stiff with straight lines. The Rodeo looks more elegant in my opinion.

Thank you so much. It took me years to get my collection to this point but honestly it is always changing. I agree it is harder to find these oldies in good condition. But they are still out there. Just have to keep looking and prepare yourself to jump on it. Do not think otherwise others will grab it. 😅

I have the medium and the creases in the top corners are deliberate, they’re meant to curl up over time, mine has the same. You won’t have to wait long for it to slouch, I’ve only worn it once and it’s already slouching beautifully 😎

Totally agree! I really love the bag. I think this is the best thing they have released since the City/fFrst style. I don't stray from my Cities and First bags when it comes to Balenciaga. After this I don't think I will want a Kelly at all!

It’s actually a really great size. I don’t think it’s too big at all. Probably similar to the Fendi Peekaboo small size.

@@petiteimpact mostly the narrow opening with the buckles fastened (which is the look I like), seeing how fiddly taking out the iPad and the book kinda made me reconsider the size, I know it would drive me nuts lol, but the 15 just feels too big.

@@0PaperMosheyeah I agree, if you need to carry big items in the bag like a book or iPad I wouldn’t get this bag for it. I wear a backpack for my laptop and bigger items.

I kept the mini size. The large was too big for my needs. The mini comes with the strap but I don’t use it.

Great question! It should be pretty easy to clean, as long as it's not super dirty. I would say try just a wet wash cloth to begin with, and if that's not good enough add some Shout to it and then the wash cloth. It is spot clean only, so throwing it into the washing machine isn't an option. So far mine still looks like new. It's not my everyday bag, but I have used it a dozen times or so since I got it.

Hi there, yes this smooth leather will get scratches on it. If you prefer to keep the bag like new, go with the textured, but the textured feel is not as luxurious in my opinion. I'm of the opinion to embrace the scratches. I think it gives it character.

Great question. The 2001 bag is the silkiest leather I have ever felt. After that Balenciaga changed the leather. They tend to do that every year. I guess due to costs, and what they can source at a price they want to pay. So after these bags became super popular in 2005, the leathers went down in quality in my opinion because they had to make so many. Unfortunately they sacrificed beautiful leather for profit. 😢

@@petiteimpact also the leather is not only different , its a different type of leather entirely, you can read more on the purse forums on the different kinds of leather and colors for each year of release,

@@BubblyAlexandra Yes I mentioned some of that in the video, I prefer Chevre leather, not a fan of Agneau at all. I had a Caribou leather bag but it was so stiff I returned it. I'm an active member on the Bal purseforum, I'm Fayden.
