It feels good to be back in New Zealand after 6 years, when i was travelling back here on my working holiday visa. It holds a special place in my heart as the second longest place I have stayed away from home (Singapore). It is still one of my favorite countries to visit, not just for sentimental reasons, but because it is inherently beautiful! I highly recommend everyone to visit at least once! I advise visiting in winter rather than summer, as I prefer snow-capped mountains and there are plenty of activities to enjoy during the winter months too!

Hi! did you guys rent a 1 way car rental? I’m planning a road trip from Brisbane to Sydney but find it difficult to rent a 1 way rental at affordable prices :( do you have some recommendations for which companies to use? Thanks in advance:)
Hi Benny! Yes, we have rented a one-way rental starting from the Gold Coast to Sydney. I believe there is always an additional charge for returning the car to a different location from where you picked it up. Luckily, it's more manageable for me because the rental fees are split among 5-6 people. I rented my car from Hertz on this trip, and I must say I had a great experience with smooth check-in and return. I hope that helps! However, I have also heard good reviews about East Coast Car Rentals. Maybe you would like to do some comparison and research on that as well! Cheers :)

Wow geothermal bakery 🧁 we only spent 55 hours there because of costs and school schedule 😂 saw the northern lights at 1am on 12/10/23 😅 went to the Eurasian plates; golden falls; geyser; secret lagoon; light house, and of course their kfc🤣

Hi! Yes! We rented the car 1 month before our travel from lotte rent-a car. Remember to apply for an international driving permit before renting!

Hi there! Price rental will be different based on the time you rent it! It's always better to reserve earlier. We rented 1 month before our trip and it's already quite pricey!

Hi naan! I don't have a specific itinerary to follow, I kind of just map out the food I want to try and places I want to visit and pretty much visit the same area together! I don't really have a specific hotel to stay in. I pretty much used booking.com to find my accommodation! I hope that helps! :)
I definitely recommend the grilled abalone in Myeongjin 06:06! Its pretty good!
