I know you have forgotten but people still live in Arthington house. . The lift is constantly out of order, leaving disabled, elderly, and pregnant people trapped. I my sell coming back from hospital in a wheelchair had to crawl up the steps to the 4th floor. I sent a video of this. It shocking how we are being left. Also the car park is a mess from your lot of workers and offten there is druggies and homeless people sleeping on the landings

Being a electrician as I am forever that's is a 5ft light fitting it's runs off a 58w ballast and with a 5ft 58w t8 fluorescent tube and a 4--65w starter switch motor.must be in general used for your very New types in that style of replacements for that 5ft fluorescent tube light fitting.
