Hi, thank you for your video. In two weeks I will fly from Germany to Saigon. I need a health declaration online short before flight because I have to upload the negative test (72h PCR or 24h rapid). Then a health insurance with COVID over 10000 USD. On the airport I need a sim card for pc COVID app. And the yellow book for vaccines. Is that correct ? Sorry for my questions, I am German and don't speak Vietnam's language and my English is not the best.
Yes, once you done your health declaration online, make sure to print it. The negative test result should be a separate document. This document will be presented at your country before departure. For health insurance, you are right. As for PC Covid App, its not really necessary as no one actually uses it anymore. And yes, you need to bring your vaccination certificate as well to show before departure. The SIM card at Hanoi airport is very cheap. Cost about $12 for 120GB data.
