The app is really good! Just make sure to always start with a higher number and then go down until the motion "freezes". Because if a rotor freezes at 3000 RPM, it will also appear frozen at 1500 RPM or 750 RPM.

So the V2 gimbal apparently does not support the firmware upgrade even tho it says in the manual how to do it... just taking a stab in the dark, so does anyone have the older firmware??

Their customer service is nonexistent! The only way you can fix an excam gimbal is to throw it in the trash because their customer service isn't even a joke it's worse! Even after following their shaky instructions to T and spending $30 to ship just the controller back to China they're still giving me the runaround I think in an attempt to discourage me and actually getting this shit product fixed. Cool concept but the company is garbage

Hi, you need to keep pressing elevator trim button up until the indicator of elevator trim in the screen reset to the middle of the indicator, hope it can help you
