Hitman skill makes the micro smg easily best in slot the smg is just a crappy version of the ak or m4 where the duel micro's has a lot of upsides compared to the rifles like dps/mag size and being able to use them in most vehicles.

I always prefered using these smaller machine guns over the SMG or even the assault rifles, not only because of the movility, but also because it is really cool to be holding two guns at the same time, same reason why I sometimes even prefered to using the sawed off shotguns over the super strong combat shotgun

I'm using MicroSMG because it is used in the last mission and it is not a bad idea to improve the weapon skill, especially when you playing on android with the crappy controls. And also this is just a more common weapon in the game which can be more often picked up.
