use wire side cutters to cut the end off flush and avoid leaving sharp nastiness. Side cutters are also much easier to use than scissors.

We fish colored zip ties through the jaws of the fish we 3:16 catch when a group of us go deep water fishing. Each person has their own color, so we know how to separate our catches when we get to the dock.

Some of these "Zip Tie" hacks are useful. Others are rather limp!

I pick up thousands of empty plastic bottles and jugs along the roads by my hometown. I fill giant trash bags with them and then I drive them down to the shore and throw them into the ocean when the tide is going out. It’s a rewarding hobby that helps make the earth a little cleaner. I wish more people would do their part.😢

Good. But use appropriate size of cable ties wherever possible - you are using much bigger size of cable ties where the same are not required & where the same job can be done with much smaller size cable ties. Otherwise it is a wastage. Thanks

I've always wanted to see if I could make an awesome raft out of bottles, plywood, and duct tape. Like line the bottles up on the plywood so they fit just right. Tape all the bottles together alone. Then sandwich the bottles between the 2 pieces and either duct tape the entire thing, or use really long bolts to join the plywood planes.

#27 Pointless in general. Cut too short. Slick to grip. Needs at least a loop. Too hot? Melt plastic? Just put a serving utensil handle through the lid handle.
