New England & Northwest Landcare 2022
Hosted in Tenterfield, NSW this year’s New England and Northwest Landcare Adventure was both educational and innovative. A massive thank you to our panel of experts and speakers; Dr Stephen Debus, Euan Belson, Rob McCormack, Dr Sarah Mika, Candice Larkin, Paul Revie, Dr John Hunter, Geoff Bassett and Leith Hawkins. They and the 200 participants across this 2-day, cross-border event made for a fantastic weekend. Hosted at venues both in and around Tenterfield meant that this beautiful shire of Tenterfield truly was on show.
A special thank you also to Landcare NSW’s CEO, Turlough Guerin and Commissioner for Resilience, Shane Fitzsimmons for their contribution. This project was jointly funded by the Commonwealth and the New South Wales Government under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements and we are certain it will be a Landcare Adventure which will be remembered for a long time to come.
