How do I extend the pole it is stuck solid so cannot attach the cutting head
Do not buy, unsafe,to heavy and plastic clasp broke on me
Terrible customer service from Eckman. I received my 3-in-1 with 2 aerators and no scarifier, no grip on the handle, no rollers, and all the handles were scratched and dented. They said they would collect it. A DPD driver came to pick up another package I had to return to someone else but he took the 3-in-1 instead. We then had to trace it and when it was found it was returned to me, but should have gone to Eckman. I then emailed Eckman to say I had it. They asked when would be a good day to collect it from me. I told them. A day later they emailed me telling me to call their customer service as they can't arrange collection over email! I had to call customer service and explain the whole fiasco again. Then I was told that I would have to pay £10 for collection. Of course I remonstrated this. No I have to wait up to 14 days for it to be collected! What a truly awful service!
I like the voiceover guys voice it's so relaxing, he sounds a bit like the man that voiced Ivor the engine in the 60s ...maybe it was his father...lol

you could have shown a bit more of how it actually performs cutting brambles and branches, showing barely a few seconds doesnt help to see if it suitable for my garden or not

I,be had Eckman for a few years apart from the company booklet I’ve never had any problem with their advertising. It doesn’t stipulate whether it comes with charger?

DO NOT BUY anything from Eckman 1) they will tell you it is in stock, then once you have paid for it they will tell you it is out of stock ....!!!!! 2) when they did eventually get around to dispatching it they informed me that it would take 3-4 working days to arrive ....!!!! i have now waited almost a month ....!!!! today in the morning i called there sales team (TYPICAL CALL CENTER) .... the girl on the phone was ignorant, incredibly stupid & Rude to boot .... they assured me that they would contact me today with the tracking number (because she could not find one) .... this they failed to do .... so one more call to their non fit for purpose call center .... more shouting .... refusal to give me my tracking number .... refusal to put me through to a manger .... etc etc etc ..... all i want to do is cut my freekin lawn ..... I have now demanded my money back, i will buy one from B&Q & never will i be tempted by Eckman ever again ..... what a disgusting company .....!!!!!!!!!!!!!
