I've never sold. But have bought and after so many parcels going missing last year I decided to try again. And guess what? Another one is awol. The delivery companies are also rubbish. Evri is one I'm tussling with atm. Say they've delivered to a po box which they clearly state the can't do. And also dpd who delivered to a wrong address and took a signature for a really expensive power box (nearly £200) without asking for Id. And guess what? The person at that address denies they've got it. With all this it's too much. I won't use it again. I'm out od pocket. The seller has a problem and the delivery companies are laughing basically, as is the person who got an expensive item for nothing. So angry. Ebay don't seem to care either.

I wouldn't screw with local law enforcement. I would have called the FBI Fraud department.

Take your own pics use a post office’s scan package weight receipt when you pay for the shipping and the label. I have a security camera at my home so large packages scanned by the mail carrier as delivered is not a flat when it should be a large box. Sellers too do scam. You Oder something huge and a flat envelope comes in with a tracking number and the seller claims it’s been delivered. Many sellers buy from yard sells, thrift stores ect. And charge you the same as other sellers and the item doesn’t even work or they say it’s never been tested later. Come on guys test it and if you don’t know put it in the description and don’t mark as new or use online photos that’s not of the exact item. I research items before I buy and have seen the same photos used on other sites and ridit ect. I’ve bought 2 of the same items from eBay from 2 different sellers vintage game units claimed they work and both never worked. I had electronics experts test them both and they said they had parts that didn’t work. Sellers tend to put no refunds and I’m out on hundreds. Now eBay allowing (sellers) to sell items with no bank accounts on file just an account like cash app, Venmo, chime ect. So when I pay with my credit card the seller says sorry I can refund your money because I can’t receive your payment because my cash app can’t receive payment but you can message me and cash app me. I reported it to eBay and they said I have to wait till the delivery date and being authenticated. If it’s not delivered you can open an item not received. When I opened a case they said we have to wait for a response then 3 days after that not including weekends then another 3 plus days till it was in my account and that was over a month. Here we go again a year later the same B.s the seller said they couldn’t ship because they couldn’t receive the money and eBay siad we have to give them 3 days not including weekends to open a case. The seller has relisted now saying don’t buy on eBay message me and cash app me. eBay doesn’t remove it even if I flagged it for selling outside of eBay. Guys I urge you to ask questions before you buy ask about payment and let the seller know you don’t buy outside of eBay or use bs apps. This mostly refers to expensive shoes like Balenciaga. Sellers want to avoid the 12% charge or if the shoes are real or fake process or straight out scam you. eBay won’t pay a seller till the authenticity people check the shoes first.

A little late to the party here… but… I can guarantee nothing happened with this. That person who contacted you isn’t going to do anything. Filing a police report over $175 against someone who lives in another state is going to get little to no attention. No prosecutor is going to pursue charges. 1. It’s your word vs their’s, 2. they have bigger fish to fry and 3. You can’t extradite people on misdemeanors and if their police dept charges the person you can’t be subpoenaed. It’s a logical nightmare for the prosecutor.

I skipped this box and the last box. It seems like they will do a crazy good box like the one with the Charlotte Tilbury bronzer and full size Grande lash serum (something else in that box was really good too but I can't remember what it was 😂) then the next couple of boxes will just be meh. I'm hoping that the September box will be good. I'm almost positive that the KVD mascara was in a recent Trendmood box because I have it and I only get Allure & Trendmood when they have them. I love the Tarte tubing mascara, I haven't tried the KVD yet, I'm waiting to finish the Tarte one. Those reusable cotton rounds were awful 😂😂 who ever quality checked them was probably at the last 10 minutes of their last shift after quitting 😂😂😂 that shedding was personal 😂😂 anyway, thanks for sharing!

There needs to be regulations set on eBay where they are required come up with an anti theft system maybe a scanable anti theft tag that has to stay unbroken if it's the wrong item. If they want to return the item they have to return it with the tag unaltered.

I just got an insert for my similar pillow in the mail and was trying to figure out if i would ruin the pillow to add the 2 layer foam piece in the same shape-which the company sent me- by removing the button snap thing-as it did not just pop off when i tried to open it. But you did on yours and I am assuming you would have said something if it ruined the pillow. It also seems the pillowcase would tear in the wash with a hole in it. Thanks for the review. It gives me confidence to remove my button/snap so i can add the insert they sent me-as I am a side sleeper and the pillow is too low to keep my neck straight. Mine pillow comfy too, tho.

Real PayPal has saved me from an eBay scam and been useful for my receiving payments for some long-distance work I do. You just must be very careful that you are really dealing with genuine PayPal.
