this game is great. whoever said otherwise needs to REALLY play the old ones again… and not just the nes version of dd2 (or double dragon advance), i mean the REAL old games, like double dragon 3… the ARCADE VERSION, aka THE GAME THAT INTRODUCED MICROTRANSACTIONS, or super double dragon on snes, the notoriously rushed double dragon 4 before double dragon iv slithered out of arc system’s rectum, or double dragon v: the shadow falls, that one was based on the ACTUAL double dragon cartoon! hell, even some games AFTER this one, like double dragon 2: wander of the dragons, the game that gave you the bad ending for using ANY special move!

I can think of two different fatalities and a friendship for Sephiroth. Fatality 1: "Final Impalement" Sephiroth runs towards his opponent, then vanishes, leaving behind black feathers. The opponent then looks around for Sephiroth, only to get impaled through the chest by Sephiroth's Masamune through the back. As the opponent vomits blood, Sephiroth infamously suspends the opponent into the air, then rips his opponent in two halves with a final backslash. Both the severed torso and legs, gore and all, are seen hitting the ground in a bloody mess. Fatality. Sephiroth wins. Fatality 2: "Super Nova" Similar to the Dissidia incarnation, Sephiroth slices upwards ripping open time and space, then sends his opponent crashing through several asteroids with a powerful energized slash. The energy of Sephiroth's swipe flies into the Sun, causing the Sun to go ballistic and swell uncontrollably. The lifeless body of his opponent floats into the swelling Sun and is instantly swallowed whole, while Sephiroth floats in front of the Sun with his one wing spread open. Fatality. Sephiroth wins. Friendship: "A Wonderful Present" Jokingly, Sephiroth complements his opponent, then walks and says "I thought of a wonderful present for you." Then offers and hands his opponent a green pear with a bow on it. "Shall I give you 'dis pear?" Friendship. Sephiroth wins.

I like his fatality it's really Liu Kang/ Geras-ish. Plz don't give Homelander a fatality like this too. It's too repetitive. It's almost as if no thought went into it.

Believe it or not, this game was my first exposure to Mortal Kombat. I was very little... when I saw some of my older relatives playing and they "fatality'd" Batman with Sub-Zero, I ran upstairs crying

I cannot even see Sephiroth in mk. It doesnt make sense. Its like putting like link or mario in it. If Sephiroth were to be in any fighting game it would most definitely be Tekken or Soul Calibur. And also no one wants to see Sephiroth in a fatality he is too beautiful for that😂😂

This whole thing is genius. That final fatality couldn't have been more perfect considering the 3 head glitch that was actually in the game.
