A quick and dirty review of a unique utility device from the fine folks at @franklinaudio. I'm presently using the SS-6 to switch between various guitar amp modeling devices, so I can experiment with a variety of tones before deciding which to record into the two mixer/recorder preamps I have set up for direct guitar tones. One could also use the SS-6 to switch between drum machines, keyboards, synths - whatever suits your studio needs.
