Kurt didn't want a divorce... They had a fight on March 1 and he threatened to and told everyone who would listen (including Nirvana's lawyer). On March 3 he bought Love diamond earrings, roses, lingerie and a heart-shaped box. Till the end, he never separated or even bothered to hire a divorce lawyer. Who gifts diamonds if they're planning a break up? Nobody, so unless you think Kurt was mentally impaired, there's your answer.

She wanted too kill him because she would get a lot of money out of it and she was mad at him because a couple months earlier in rome they got in an argument and cobain said he wanted a divorce

What happened

Kurt COULD feel happiness and he had an overabundance of empathy. he was not clinically depressed , however, he was very down ,depressed ,and overwhelmed with the quick rise to fame . He was NOT suicidal - he had not attempted suicide in Rome or at any other time. There are no men in his family that committed suicide in the past. His relationship with Courtney had deteriorated due to her narcissistic personality, lavish spending , and infidelity. She manipulated him and pushed him to make even more money ,while feeding his drug habit. He wanted a new life ,a divorce , to disband Nirvana , and to head in a different direction creatively,- on his own or collaborating with others. He was looking forward to a new life and raising his daughter who was the light of his life. He had a miserable childhood after his parents divorced. He never received the support and nuturing of a loving mother or father in the most important formative years of his life. He was not close to his Mother. He certainly had a few defense mechanisms in place as a way of coping in his adult life. He was at times lacking in self confidence and self worth. A sensitive, creative genius - He would of had great success no matter what he attempted to do in life - but sadly he never had yhe chance. This entire case and the elements surrounding it , particularly, the terribly botched investigation by the Seattle Poliice Department of the Death Scene , as well as , many other questionable and intentionally overlooked facts and forensic evidence are substantial enough for the Cause of Death to be changed to Undetermined so the case can be officially reopened . There is witness testimony that was never addressed, as well as the toxicology report mentioned in this video and the actual " crime scene '” itself . Kurt deseves justice.The person or people who murdered Kurt as well as those who are set this plan in motion should be held accountable. Kurt is sitting right next to me his head on my shoulder, and he is just wanting retribution. Some form of payment back. He says, "Really I just want my kiddo to know that I didn't leave her by free will. Courtney can sit there in her misery; I see her way now, all dolled up like a princess for the public... That is not the woman I knew. The Courtney I knew was vindictive and completely insane. She had no boundaries man. I remember her hanging on the bleachers while I was holding Bean and she would lick her tongue around her mouth as if she was possessed or something. She put my daughter in danger continually, so I decided to call it quits. I just wanted out man. I had been dealing with my own issues with my stomach problems and my own addiction, and I was done, right?! So what happens is Courtney gets all cool and calm about us breaking up, and it just felt weird. See I was working on some new songs, but I wanted to clear the waves with her and she was like, "whatever". So I'm sitting at home right, and doing some blow to ease off my stomach pains, and these guys come in my house. They say they have a message to send from the Mom... basically that I am in her way, and they push me down on the floor and push powder into my mouth. I tuned out right there and then I was flowing towards the light. I saw everything later, saw her take my Bean into custody, and there was this great sadness and I realized I was fucking dead!!! I tell you I have never felt anything like this betrayal before, but the feeling I have had since of not being able to raise my Frances and see her grow up.... man that is the goal! That was what I wanted to do! I'd never been so happy in my life, and she stole that from me! I will never forgive that. I ask for someone with authority to please serve justice for me, because I am an innocent man. God bless!"

My theory: The heroin actually killed kurt, but not by his own hand. The gun was used to cover up evidence Kurt was led by AT LEAST 2 MEN to the " greenhouse" to talk maybe the conversations had to do with kurt coming home that night to take his kid from an un safe situation, and certain people weren't going to let that happen, maybe the conversation was about divorce. Whoever was with kurt that night beat him so bad the " heroin ovetdose suicide" would be ruled as foul play, because OF ALL THE BRUISING ON HIS FACE. Realistically kurt did buy that gun for protection, it just so happened that the gun was at the right place at the wrong time, the gun wasnt even a factor until they realized they beat his face so bad that thay need to cover up the evidences
