Smoked Turkey 23 Masterbuilt MES340G
here’s a quick and easy way to smoke a turkey. This works for something that is 15 pounds or less. It depends on the size of your smoker. If you want to bring in more flavor to your turkey you could inject it. We just tried the simple method and it was delicious. I am sure Gordon Ramsey maybe could do better, but would he look as good in the turkey suit?. Here’s another good link. Sailing Hobie Tri-Foiler TF-56 9-14mph wind, boat speed 20-29 mph, 17 March 2018, Choctawhatchee bay, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Not bad for a 20 plus year old boat. Built from 1992-1999.
