How do you play around Nibiru, the opponent can tributes his own monster (The field don't protect them)

i have a question, shouldnt cattle scream be banished when it leaves the field after being summoned by its effect? so summoning it to the opponents field by machinix effect shouldnt be posible since it would be banished

it would be nice to see how to play when being handtraped at certain point. i have a ots tournament coming and want to test this deck.

Great idea for the deck, I also play Flunder with the dinosaur, but I thought, wouldn't it be better to play 3 upstarts for consistency since the deck already bricks? There is a risk of drawing the trap card or the crystal beast
