We left the UK and bought a small, derelict Lemon farm in beautiful Portugal.
It's fully Off-grid and we are now Organic certified.
We've installed a new roof on the main house and Solar power etc.
Our collection of animals increases monthly. Water comes from our 4 natural springs.
There are no visible neighbours. Very little light pollution so great views of the stars.

How to quickly fix your Rotavator (Tiller) engine! INCLUDES how to strip and clean carburettor.
The neighbour couldn't get his VITO Agro Rotavator (Tiller, Motoenxada) started.
The Honda style engine is the same on lots of different machines. Including generators, go-carts etc. So it's a really useful engine to be able to fix!
They're very simple. Cleaning the spark plug and carburettor usually gets them running again.

Our farm was left unmanaged for years. The brambles had taken over. We're using Goats for the first time to clear in a natural way. 3 days in and they're doing a great job. Unfortunately just like humans they can't get through the brambles or up to the high parts. So we're using different means to squash them done to a height that the Goats can eat them. #homesteading #goats #howtoclear

Running a chain that dull can cause damage to the saw, especially if you push on the cut..

He has to have the chain on backwards there's no way of Steel can cut this bad
