It’s not a real ring used… it’s a replica… why can I tell ? Because like on the real one, the is no inner rounded angles on the sides… the angles right besides the stones on the side of the medallion, should be rounded and not go straight ;-) look on the real ring used belts for the universal and the WWE championship… on the sides of the main part of the belt, the inner black parts where the stones sit, are rounded and not straight angles…

Can I purchase the side baseplates only, I have the undisputed belt with the main baseplate?

This belt was originally a set of tag team championships held by the soul patrol used only once. It's possible 3 were made. 2 with snaps and one with velcro used once by Santana on pipers pit. The other tag was the actual intercontinental championship famously destroyed by valentine in the cage.
