And there ya go,,, the easiest way to get to the carb. Who knew all you need is a Sawzall? I took 2 quick pull pins out and lifted the whole box off my 2014 XUV 550. Little did I know I should have used the Sawzall for that as well. Really like my Gator on the farm, been trouble free.
As soon as I seen the Harbor Freight sawsall I was like oh Lawd! 😆 My 14yr old kid just removed the EXACT same part on the same model a few days ago on a customer owned machine at our shop… 100% unsupervised and he had it done in less time that it took these fellas to destroy & cut up the air intake assembly
you didn't even get the carburetor off man, you guys should not be working anything all you did was destroy everything you touched. The seat back pulls off !!!! 2 seat belt bolts to remove. One of the seat belt bolts also holds the seat back mount. Then the final bolt on each side removes the seat back mount.
The whole time I was thinking WTF 😳 Imagine if I did this to one of my customer’s UTVs 😂 “Ahhh yeah what had happened was… we can’t read & the service manual didn’t have enough pictures sooooo we just got out the sawsall” 🤷♂️
