Welcome lacrosse players and coaches! I am excited to train with you and help you learn the game. Find a variety of introductory to advanced resources for the lacrosse player at any level. Playing for Princeton University, Team USA, and the WPLL Philadelphia Fire have provided amazing learning opportunities for me. I have trained under some of the BEST coaches ever. I am excited to share my knowledge and art of the game, so that you, too, can find success and joy on the lacrosse field. Come join me!
At-home #3 - Footwork Mania!
Checkout this footwork training. All you need is a stick or a line or maybe a broom! Train every pattern for 25 seconds and repeat the circuit 3 times! Trained, controlled footwork is key to both defensive stance and sliding AND offensive breakdown for dodging. Let's get training!
