Thank you. I switched to online several months ago. In Desktop, I used this feature almost every time I sat down to work on my books. I asked a QuickBooks Intuit employee and a QB Pro advisor about this function. Neither knew what I was talking about!!! I finally decided to do a CZcams search. Thank you!!!!!!

Thank you! That was Perfect! I had a customer that actually overpaid via Credit Card and I use QB merchant services. We paid him back via check to avoid the CC Fees. I originally did everything wrong, but I was able to back out everything I did and follow your steps instead. Everything is all fixed now. :)
