I'm working on a scene with a pool and I wanted to try and simulate the moving of the water in a swimming pool. The effect was done in Toon Boom Harmony in the following manner. The blue water has a wavy edge at the top and is moving to the left. A mask cuts into the top edge which also has a wavy edge and moves to the right. The two overlap and make the movement you see. After watching the latest Toon Boom Tip on how to rig a head in Animate Pro or Harmony (czcams.com/video/k5rRK4V2CaM/video.html), I decided to try it with a character I am working on. It's not a full head turn but I wanted to try it out and see how it would work.

The story of the Good Samaritan presented in a new and fun way. Sometimes the person who goes out of their way to help another is the one you think would be the least likely to.
