I love how it’s Bluetooth no matter where I am in the house, I plan on buying more for my other snakes when I can, I highly recommend this! It’s so easy to check it without disturbing her and stressing her out. Only complaint is it’s in military time but otherwise not horrible

That’s all nice to say.. but I was not at my home.. waited 50 minutes to get a human... she assumed I was at my house.. she wanted lots of information RE: me.. no actual Help! Accused the installer of not installing it correctly! She was a dufus!! Told her my Mom used to be a QA Inspector for Siemens! I should just take this back!! Grr! Waste!! She’s just the info taker!! Still!! I’ve known my neighbor 30 yrs! He installed all of his and his 2 sons & his other family members.... he didn’t connect it wrong!!
