In vertical augmentation sliding genioplasty, since there's a space, the bones aren't touching, the bone is still able to grow back together? My Dr. said for vertical augmentation a bone graft is needed or it won't grow back together.

Is it possible to do a direct excision cervicoplasty at the same time as a sliding genioplasty? Or would it require 2 different surgeries?

I stumbled upon this vid after wrecking google for answers. I have a crooked nose since birth, it was from my father as my siblings all have it too. Since a few months/a year ago, my nose started getting double crooked. There are now 2 bumps on my nose... the local doctors can't help me, my parents say it's bcs my glasses dig in the skin on the nose, dragging and dividing my nose, but is that really possible? I'm still in my growth years, and I'm scared that it'll get even more crooked 😭 pls help mee
