And could you slow down the video a bit because its a bit hard to catch the details or just slow down in between when you are building stuff. I saw you in the comments of a VidIQ channel reviews stream, and I have some advice for you. It's not much, but It's something I guess... 1) Try to make more engaging thumbnails. 2) (I know I'm one to speak but) try making more shorts. Take note of how well your shorts did. If people watch your shorts, they might consider watching your long form videos. Take my advice with a grain of salt though, considering that I only have 30 subscribers myself...

The OUTPUT of your food factory is tied to the demand by the linked consumers/towns. In your case, East Cowes wants only 62, so that's the max the factory can make right now. The vanilla farm can only generate 200 grain at the first level. Check the CONSUMERS tab on the factory after adding other towns to show how much is allocated to them once it has grain in storage, and you'll also notice the grain farm level up production as well :) Cheers. P.S. vehicles ignore any paths/waypoints en route from the depot.
