I remember playing this game (The original) as a kid. And everyone always talks about how difficult the dam stage is, and it's like... uhm, really? I was able to pass that in grade school fairly easily. In terms of difficult things on the NES, that was pretty much on the light side. Later in the game is when the difficulty gets bullshit. 26:12, the room with the instant death pits, I could never pass.

I love this hack because The spikey pit level is a pain in the ass because he walks so damn slow and not only that the jumps have to be timed if you’re going the older route This hack is just awesome and the spikey level was a breeze 😂👍

I have some questions. I'm playing mesen and it looks good so far. I'm playing Zelda 1 and I am trying to load a rom hack. (Triforce Power) and I drag it over and it displays the very same message and then it just doesn't load and keeps buzzing. It just sits there in a black screen and buzzes as if it's trying to work but wont. Is there a solution?

I've only done Souls challenge runs but compared to this they are free (still fun im just saying that the challenge imo is more impressive / insurmountable in regards to this game) Do you do any other challenges or challenges for other games? Also if not too rude to inquire but did you have audio commentary or recording software running? A few segments crackle similar to picking up low quality interference/ feedback?
