@@simmi91 I will do few more episodes and then decide if the game is for me. So far I have 2 episodes in total recorded and in the next one I will get lost and confused 😂 I hope too get into the farming and fishing in the third episode. The art aspect is quite nice in the game though. And I'm looking forward to a proper building aspect, based on the details from LeoPartt and the trailer I saw just today. I really jumped in blind this time.

@@Annime_playz There are a few, and I gathered them from both Mod.io and the modding discord server. 1. No More Books 2. Mining Autopickup 3. Easy Logging 4. Elixir Mods framework 5. Nid Toolbox There are also some manual edits to some mods and of course the difficulty changes in the base game. There might be more, but the mod structure is not giving enough ability to check like we can with Factorio, for example, and I set it up more than a month ago, making my own memory a bit hazy.

I can see why they wanted the settlements, but it should be easier to modify requirements and to disable it for small group, or better, make it opt-in, not opt-out setting. This settlement thingy also broke my Eco 10 Discovery series and I haven't had much free time to rebuild a world to showcase the laws and such. Not sure if I even can without any hacks. Let's hope they will improve the gameplay to make it easier, especially for new players. My colleague got quickly overwhelmed with the complexity, and the new skill rearrangements did not make it any easier.

I usually try to leave the doors as I found them, but I will keep it in mind for the next time I visit there.

In some ways, I think you can say so, but in actuality, it is very different type of game.

I wish I know about it at the time. Anyway, I hope to have them in game as regular items as well at some point. Or at least something very similar.

The Hornet has been put on the shelf for the time being. Some people moved to Stone Legion and some to DadSpeed. As both are slow paced, I'll try to be on both myself. You are of course welcome to join them as well.

@@CaptainGrogg6109 I agree, some of it looks much worse now. It is even more noticeable with lower quality settings, I guess. In the thumbnails for the Hornet's last season, I have strange smirk on my character's face while standing in front of Talonara. The face tracking does not work that well... Hopefully those get improved before Eco 11.

@d5gaming ye I noticed the smirking it was very creepy lol I think I will wait untill the game gets a bit better optimisation as i used to playing fine even with a significantly worse computer than I do now mind you that was single player not a public server but it shouldn't make 5o much distance easier way.

They are. There are many more buildings that I plan to showcase. I have been recording ahead a bit there and will upload over a period of time.

I worked a bit on getting the local currency there to visit your shop. I also hope we have some life left after the holidays. It has been rather quiet. Have fantastic holiday period and see you soon back on the Hornet.

Thank you for you explanations. The lack of experience is definitely a thing, even for me, as I got overly used to the simplified and more structured way. When it comes to the Muz's story, I heavily rely on the chat history on Discord and on what other admins talk about in VC.

That is totally valid point. From my own perspective, I haven't played much without global currencies, so understanding of such situation has been poor. I was also pricing everything in a global currency way. However, we now already have few global currencies, yet there are some disagreements about those as well. I'll try to go over that in the next video.

There are many possibilities for good agreements between settlements. Some of the laws, as restrictions, were just tests, as I've heard, some not. The law system can be complex, yet it allows us to have even more interesting play and increase trading. Especially now with global currencies.

I also noticed that slightly rotating the character to have the "perfect" fishing angle seems to work. I hope this bug gets fixed with the next update. Version 9 at some point also had issues with the fishing rod.

I am aware. The tunnel is way too low for that truck. I do think that for reality sake we should be able to exit both the steam truck and tractor from the top as well, if sides are blocked, as they don't have roof. But as I said in the video, I was being a bit silly.

wasn't even thinking on height.. but yeah tunnel is probably too low as well... and yes would be nice to exit vehicle from top if no roof on it...

I wish I didn't need to work, so I could play more. The star limit is only because you are not allowed to super skill. Before I got to EcoLife, that was before EcoBee and the Hornet, I played on a server that had lighter mode of this super skilling laws. It was fun, but once people started abandoning, it became very difficult. DadSpeed seems well organized though.

@d5gaming we should do something about our server too ... once the player hit the 5th level ... they leave it and start waiting for the next season ... its a shame .. the last week i only saw simmi and meioi playing

@@hatemalchanaa598 true I've seen O1lec1 as well while online, but yes, we are already at the end. Admin team would need to think about some skill limits perhaps to make trading more interesting. I'll hope to finish the new government building soon and will record an update later today.

The city looks fantastic. I'll show more in detail in the next video. It has given me plenty of inspiration for the hornet government design.

@@hatemalchanaa598 the laws are complex there and will require at least 40 minutes of video to explain. There is a good one about you selling paper to any government office and you can get up to 100 caps per day this way. In the next video I plan to go to the vault and unveil some of the story. Eco has functionality for the coloured trucks and I think it was even planned by devs at once as it is in the title screen and that title screen itself is a miniature world that could be played. I will try to see if I can find the mod used on the server as they have so many colours, more than any other similar mod I've seen so far.

The mod for coloured vehicles and rest is Polychrome: mod.io/g/eco/m/polychrome They have many other modifications as well, including in recipes and variable storages

The colour is personal preference. And I do agree that Simmi has wonderful decorations.

Well, as a member of the official Eco World government, we have to inspect every hotel on all servers to make sure our citizens have decent living quarters. Just joking. I was curious to see what the place looked like and thought viewers might be interested as well. It's quite good, even though without privacy.

It is easy to miss. I've made many mistakes with my own prices as well over the seasons.

I know that someone made a flying ship only as they were accused of using the fly command for taking aerial screenshots. I saw it on Steam community page just recently. Planes are nice.

@@Zeymp thank you for your recommendation. This game gives some sort of RuneScape vibes, yet it's only available for mobile and Windows as far as I could see. Steam mentioned is not supported in Steam Deck, so probably doesn't work well with Proton on emulation. I'm not a big fan of mythological setting, but if I have enough spare time, I will try to check it out.
