Thank you for your comment. We asked Hyundai Motor PH for this, but they're still in the process of testing the unit. As for my test, it was too short to make an accurate judgment. I'll share once the figure is available.

I would not recommend driving any sports car in Philippines. Roads are too shitty. GR86 and BRZ are practically the same car. LOL. The only difference is the suspension. The BRZ Is less harsh than the GR86.. Basically, BRZ is good for a daily driver and GR86 is good for track cars as far for suspension

Is the ground clearance good for a daily driver considering how terrible humps are in the PH?
The ground clearance itself is not a problem, the stiffness of the dampers are. Though they perform really good on the track I would not recommend them for daily if you want to drive it on bumpy roads. I got mine last January not even one year but already bent the stock struts.
I hope you get more subscribers. Great job on the production! I'm a little disappointed that the Manual Transmission comes in base model only while the Automatic comes in Premium. As much as I wanted the GR86, the Subaru BRZ just might be better for those who want a Manual tranny in the Philippines.

Here's the response we got from a Toyota Motor Philippines official: "So, far our technical department is still studying the issue. We will release an official statement once we confirm if indeed we are affected (and) what countermeasures we will undertake for our customers."
@@KapAguila Thanks for the video. I closed a deal with Carvana. I traded in my 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 (31,900 miles) and purchased the 2022 Toyota GR86 (7,000 miles). The scheduled delivery was supposed to be this Thursday, on October 19th. Last Friday the RTV issue was brought to my attention. How can I possibly enjoy the GR86 when every time I get behind the wheel I become paranoid that the engine could fail? What if it happened with me in the middle of nowhere? Fortunately Carvana allowed me to cancel the deal. I cannot imagine Toyota not issuing a recall. Once they do, I'll reconsider the GR86. In the meantime, I'm still loving my Mercedes.
