I had a problem with the stape 6.4. I don't know if I have to overlay my multicolor circle with my simple circle or if I have to make invisible my simple circle. Please, help!
I've never seen such a cool tutorial.
Eu amei a linguagem desse tutorial. Você é maravilhoso!!
A Masterpiece!!!!!

After Effects tutorial without After Effects
Hahah. Good point!
I had a problem with the choker surprisingly the soluation was to remove the background 😂😂 , weird
Happy that you solved it! The choker will not work with a background, indeed.
one of the most dope tutorials i have ever seen
how to make like this noise brush?
Download a PNG from Google with the texture you want, then play around with blending modes like Multiply, Color Burn or Overlay. Finally, mask it out in the shape you want and parent it to the shape if it moves. Good luck!
I couldn't follow because for some reason, even if I apply what the video said, It didn't have the same result
Ох*еть Спасибо
You're welcome! :D
please come back :(
I'm here! 😁
Why did you stop making videos? Your instructional style is very good and will be known by more people
Hi! I got into freelancing + IRL-teaching and got busy, I guess. Hopefully I can take this up again sometime.

Hi, Illustrator - Take Gradiant or grain effect to arter effect and apply "create shape from vector layer" and the effect disappears or breaks, may I know how to fix this? The effect disappears or breaks even if you import it after extending it from Illust.. So I applied the grain effect in After Effect, but it gives me a "Fake 3D" effect and moves, so the texture is not fixed to the "Fake 3D House" and plays separately.. How can we solve this?
I see! I usually draw the shapes I need in Adobe Illustrator, and then import that in After Effects. Textures can then be imported seperately into Adobe After Effects. Maybe you could search for some of Ben Mariott's texture tutorials to figure this part out :) Good luck!
Incrível
u have me on this, awsome tutorial
@1:33 - I came in for the Blob effect shown here, yet, I don't believe it was covered in the tutorial. How do you make that big circle squash & stretch in such liquid-y fashion? Roughen edges effect, for example, only creates small ripples on the edges. It doesn't look like that..
Hey! I don't cover this part as it was just a little add-on. However, the way I did this was simply using Position and Scale. Make sure the link is checked off on the Scale so you can scale horizontally and vertically independently! I simply squash and stretch it with Scale and then offset a bit of movement using Position. Good luck mate!
@@AndersWaltzHey, thanks for writing back! I was sure this was beyond a normal squash & stretch, since it seemed like the rim of the circle was reacting in an a-symmetrical fashion. Yet, maybe the inner reflections are the ones who create this illusion. I was sure you're using some kind of deformation like Turbulent displace /Displacement map / or Roughen Edges or something.
@@eladbari Actually not! Try it out and let me know how it goes :)
I so love this tutorial. I hate watching tutorials that waste too much time explaining beginner level
Thank you! Appreciate it
how to mask out circle with new layer?
Google Track Matte. It might have changed in the new vesion. Good luck!

Aha!
🤝💥❤TROUBLESHOOTING POST ❤💥🤝 I noticed that some of you are running into the same problems, so I'll address them here: Step 01 - When making the circles with Eclipse Tool, make sure they're on different layers, not the same layer. Idea: Draw one circle and duplicate it (Cmd/Ctrl-D) then make the middle one of them bigger. Step 02 - When setting the movement of the outer circles, click the anchor point to reveal the handle. Drag the handle to curve the animated path of the circle going into the middle. Step 04 - When changing the colour of each circle, make sure the big circle is on top! If the big circle is below the others, they won't blend in a good way. Step 05 - When adding Inner Shadow, make sure to add it to every circle layer. Play around with Opacity, Distance, Angle and Blending mode (Normal, Multiply or Overlay) Step 06a - When drawing circles - just like in Step 01 - make sure they're on different layers, not the same layer. Step 06b - When animating the circle positions in a loop, make sure the circles start and ends in the same place. Idea: Duplicate your keyframes to make it loop - OR - add this expression to the Position on each of your circle layers: loopOut("cycle") Step 06c - When adding Gaussian Blur to your circle layers: If you see a square around the blur-effect, click "Repeat Edge Pixels" in the Effect Controls tab to fix it. Step 06d - When masking out the moving, blurred circles: Select all blurry-circle layers and under "Track Matte" on each layer select your big circle from the drop-down list. BONUS - Make sure your Adjustment layer is always on top of all the other layers. _____ Hope this helps! Otherwise, let me know - and I'll add more fixes.
This comment is not pinned for me btw. Just a heads up.

@@AndersWaltz I followed every step and for some reason it's just doesn't
@@spectralsh1t660 I'm sorry to hear that. Is there a specific time in the tutorial that it stops working?
@@AndersWaltz I think I figured it out sorry for the negative comment , appreciate the concern
