replaced the batteries and camera still has shutter locking as I engage the trigger. however, when i play it into M90 or B mode the shutter drops down. anyone able to help me?

Tried many times with my E-M1 Mark II and it doesn't work. I got as far as that screen that shows the model number, but I can't get any further than that which is vexing. I have three E-M1 Mark III bodies and it works with them.

My problem is that the display on the back of my 5D Mark II is flickering if I record a video. The video is flickering, too. What is wrong with it?

Does not work on Mark 2. = There are other parameters on the camera OMD EM1- Mark 2. After I watched your video and "found" the number. I've recorded it. After that, I took 8 frames. And I came back to look again. B - has not changed! But the MS : parameter has grown from 10179 to 10187 for my camera. Olympus Omd-1 Mark 2 - MS : - the number of shutter actuations.

You should check your accuracy by setting the camera to non cpu and a 58 1.4 lens. Then the display will show what the camera is detecting and compare to what the lens is set to. thus f16 sb f16 on the lens.

Yeah you can't have it wide open .. 1.8 pancake E lenses ... Optimum sharpness 4 , 5.6 to 8 ... if you're in a low light situation yeah click it over to 1.8

I have a buddy that gave me a bunch of old cameras he gave me two Nikon EM .. one had all plastic lens on it and the other Nikon EM had the Metal ring on the improved lens .. well the one that has the metal ring on it the second generation it is Silky Smooth focusing .. I took the 50 mm 1.8 lens metal ring 2 Generation and I put it on my Nikon F4 ... yeah you don't want the first Generation all plastic very cheap Built quality... like I said you want the metal ring second generation it is Silky Smooth focusing

I really wish the market wanted more cameras like the Nikon 1, everybody wants it included in their phone or as large as a "this is serious" camera, not enough love for the slightly bigger than a point and shoot but with interchangeable lenses.

What would you say is a superior compact flash for the FE-2? The SB-20 and SB-22's seem to be super affordable very bright flashes, but very large. The SB-15 seems to be a compact and powerful TTL flash, and the SB-23 seems to be SUPER tiny, and cheap, but it has almost no results online.

great video but honestly if you really have so little money that you need to buy a camera under 100 dollars just use the Lightroom app camera on your phone instead it has controllable iso/shutter everything you need to train your photography skills and just save up to buy a better camera of course this is just my advice for beginners , still a great video if you want a cheap side camera for fun or if you really do have no means of saving more money for a better camera

Some Nikon cameras also need a min aperture cut out for the pin too. That is a pin at 8 O clock on the camera.

Same problem with the stuck shutter on the GH5. Оccurred when shooting photos at a long shutter speed. I decided to simply push it down with a matrix cleaning stick. And then I disabled the mechanical shutter in the menu. It’s working fine so far, but I’ll take the stick with me when I’m filming. Ha

just happened to my G7
