@@BillyvallisYou definitely should. So many music shops and music schools have adult jam bands from which side projects can blossom. You might find one or two people simpatico to you and your style. Listened again and there’s a song out there somewhere which has a guitar hook similar to yours. I’m NOT suggesting you’re copying it but I can’t pull it from my mind yet. It will come to me! Is it fair to ask if you have any Nirvana influences? I hear so much KC in this one song. It’s not meant in any way to diminish your sound. For me, it’s actually a genuinely strong compliment - straight from In Utero and all that beauty under the ash. Chris
Second song I’ve watched and enjoyed. I really liked how this “felt” improvisational and in the moment. Would you consider posting the lyrics? I enjoy that you’re not paying attention to “Songwriting 101 Rules.” There are so many great songs that break the rules - so good that most don’t hear how unique they are. I always say the very best songs can be played using nearly any instrument. Besides the structure, I liked the long rests • building tension and then releasing it with your soft, comfortable voice. Forgive me if I’m overthinking something you wanted to be experienced with the same light touch you put into it. I tend to do that. 😬 Anyway. Thank you.
