Square On Point using the @accuquilt Qube system

I've seen a few comments on the Community Quilt videos that feature the "Square On Point" unit, I hope this video helps. The key is to center the Half-Square Triangle (Shape 5) on the edges of the Square On Point (Shape 6) so there is that itty-bitty overhang for the first 2. The second set should fit perfectly after that. #aqgogetter #quiltteacher #quiltingshouldbefun

Oh wow! I need to trust the process more I wasn’t sure the skull would be legible. Quilting has always been like witch craft to me lol
At first I thought it is very difficult to see the difference between the light and the medium, but when you see the hole blanket, you can see the skull very good. I like that you have to look twice to see it and I like the contrast between the flowers and the skull.
It is subtle and I love it! Skulls are usually white in black (like the awesome shirt he's wearing!) so seeing it softer with less contrast is cool
