Piękne głosy i piosenka. Dobrze, że przypominasz tę niezwykłą osobowość - dzięki Ci za to. Out of curiosity. Czy to jest to samo nagranie, które zamieściłeś w 2007 roku? Sama płyta jest niewątpliwie mniej "zgrana", a więc inna.
Dzięki za taką uważność ! Nie, to dwa zupełnie inne źródła i dźwięki. Tamto było z dawnych przegrań radiowych, warszawskich, na kasecie magn. To, z oryginalnej płyty (przywiezionej z Berlina); i tu dźwięk jest uchwycony przez kamerę video live, w czasie grania płyty - wzmacniacz, kolumny. Może Ty byś cos zrobił, to był taki fajny czas...🤩🤩🤩

I can't say that the sound of the "Theremin" charms me, it has something ominous like that of a strange alien creature that wants to invade your house in the middle of the night... Of course this in itself is a very special and rare recording, and I sincerely thank you for sharing it, dear Jurek!

No doubt that Frederick W. Vandersloot composed a virtuosic, sparkling and captivating tune that fits the HawaiIan guitar like a glove. The sadly uncredited soloists played this with verve and infectious enthusiasm :-) Thanks a lot for sharing!
This is an absolute rarity indeed! The theremin must have been very poorly known back then (just as it is today, really). It is an instrument quite similar in sound to the ondes Martenot, the latter capable of producing a wider range of tonalities. Ondes Martenot enjoyed a certain degree of popularity in France, where a.o. Olivier Messiaen used it in his Turangalîla Symphony. I have to say the theremin in the present recording is relatively more convincing in the high pitched range than in the lower one (it seems that, sporadically, the instrument sounded somehow detuned). Thank you so much for presenting this fascinating rendition!

Co za muzyczna ciekawostka! Wcale nie dziwię się, że słuchacze mogli mieć problem z odgadnięciem nazwy tego instrumentu - początkowo brzmi jak fagot, a później przyjmuje barwę trudną do określenia. Dziękuję za publikację nagrania tego artysty :)
Od lat mam tę płytę (jak i jej bliźniaczkę) i faktycznie zainteresowała mnie teraz, bardziej ze względu na okoliczności ówczesne i całą sensację z tym związaną. Dziękuję !
