Product quality is very good. Using GF65 from almost 4 years. I use it very rough, mainly for gaming, browsing and programming. I even dropped the laptop few times, still works fine. Recently I am facing charging issue, trying to find a way to fix it. Service centers are crap. If you are not from Delhi or other metros, the service centers will send the laptop to Delhi for repair. It will take 15-20 days even to fix a small issue.

its a gaming laptop with extreme cost cutting. i tried running a better adapter for power but it didnt change much. went with a ram upgrade and got a cooling pad. temps now dont exceed 65 degree running at peak performance compared to 79 degrees like before running the same game. to people who still use you need to replace. the thermal paste atleast after 5 yrs cause mine lost its effectiveness 1 year after the warranty ran out. battery is always an issue so i didnt change it kept it as it is case oem batteries keep the power fluctuations at bay compared to replacements. i always use it as a on the move work station which i always keep plugged in. get a mac for all the day to day stuff and you'll be fine. you have a capable union between versatility of windows and capability of mac to keep you powered through the days.

guys im telling you dont buy this absolute garbage laptop its a piece of shit id rather throw my money away then spend of this, my gf63 has an rtx 4050 and it cant even run fortnite on a constant 144 fps and for the past few days the stutters has been crazy the experience is not playable because i get 144 fps but every second litterally the fps drop to 60 on MEDIUM SETTINGS!
