This channel reflects the musical interests I have -- Classic 50 style vocal group harmony, rhythm and blues, soul, and classic gospel. It includes recorded music difficult to come by via other means as well as videos of live performances of the musical interests mentioned. Some of the performances were done years back, and some are contemporary. They include performances by the vocal groups of which I have been a member - Street Corner Five and The Copians.
I hope you enjoy what you see and visit my website for more information about my radio shows and other things that may be of interest. Peace :)

Remember You Always Singing This To Me I Miss You Grandad
I’m crying rite now, I haven’t heard this song for 55 years.
I stopped crying at 3 in 1973 cause my big bro Louie handed me off to say hey say Willie mays at shea!😮👶❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
RIP
PERFECT!
My grandma is why i became a giant fan she was an Oakland a's fan but the way she described watching Willie was like I was being told about paul Bunyan he was a tall tale I loved it
We loved him, even tho we favored the Royals bc we were once rem9ved from the Kansas Cities 😊 He was definitely a class act. What a fantastic winner 🏆
In 1968-1972 whenever I unwrapped a pack of cards I was always hoping I get Willie in the pack. Willie made card collecting a blast. RIP Willie
Rest in Peace Mr. Mays. Thanks for the great memories. Boy are you going have fun, forever playing in "no longer old timers" games in Heaven.
What a treat to hear this!
This is a classic
the all time greatest player in baseball history there will never be another willie mays may he rip god rest his soul.
Rest In Paradise Mr. Mays 🙏🕊️ Thank you for all the memories
RIP Willie Mays. I didn't get to see him play however I am aware of how great he was. I often find myself wishing I could travel back in time to 1954 and watch him make that legendary over the shoulder catch in the World Series. It was a moment you had to see to believe because of how impossible it was for a catch to be made given his position when the ball was hit and how far back, he went to track it down. I can say with confidence no other player would have made that catch. A lot of mythical things were said about Bo Jackson many of which have no video proof. Thankfully tv cameras captured Willie's amazing catch. The footage not only serves as proof, but it is also the closest those of us who were not born when it happened can get to traveling back in time. No doubt that Giants kid was great.
Rip willy ❤
RIP Willie Mays
I learned of his legacy through my dad, who also had the entire Ken Burns documentary. I used to play ball with my dad and brother on Sundays during the summer, then we’d go home and watch the part often times describing the 50’s or 60’s. Mind you, I’m 27 now and this was when I was in my early teens all the way through high school. It’s been a long time since I threw with my dad (probably 7 to 8 years) but he came up to visit me the other day and threw ball with me. He leaves, and then about an hour later I learn Willie died. The irony of baseball is truly magical and sometimes players believe in coincidence or superstition. I just know a piece of my childhood went upon hearing his passing. REST EASY, to the SAY HEY KID!
A true legend of the game. Gone but never forgotten. Rest easy, Willie.
I here u skip❤
"Say Hey Willie Mays!!" RIP dear friend.
I saw him play several times as a child at Candlestick Park. He could hit, run and throw a player out from deep center field trying to run to homeplate
The GOAT RIP
I became a fan only in his farewell season (Ya Gotta Believe in 1973 with the Mets)....but the opinion of everyone I have met who was old enough is unanimous - Willie Mays was the best ever. 2024 is the year the afterworld has taken some of our best (beginning with my mom in January). RIP, Wille. SAY HEY!!
Rest easy to the 4th all time leader in homers. Not only that, but the great catch you made in the ‘54 World Series
Hit for two sewers in heaven
We lost a great baseball player a true legend the “say hey kid” will always be remembered!!! long live Willie Mays 🙏🧡🖤 SFGiants for life
Rip willie may😢
Thanks Willie.
That Giants kid was great. Wish I was around in the 1950s so I could've had the chance to see him play. I found out about this song years ago from Ken Burns' baseball documentary.
RIP Willie Mays always was & always will be my favorite baseball player. When I was in Parker High School in Birmingham in 1962 he visited to be a player in a celebrity versus faculty basketball ball game and yes he was good at basketball also.
Rest In Peace King 💔
Rest in Peace. I grew up hearing stories of you told by my late grandfather, the real GOAT of baseball.

Willie was my favorite player when I was 8 years old. Now I'm almost 81 and he's still my favorite player. He always was and always will be. I used to sing this song all the time when I was a kid. The icing on the cake was that I was at the Polo Grounds when Willie made 'THE CATCH' in the 1954 World Series. I was devastated when the Giants moved to San Francisco. Thanks for all the memories Willie.
Rip Willie Mays huge blow to baseball
