I think the biggest problem with the show is I have no idea who it's supposed to be for. If you're going to make a sensationalist show about prehistoric animals fighting each other, fine. I personally think you can do a lot better, but I suppose yeah, you could find an audience with that. But I doubt the average person is going to have the patience sitting through all the meandering up to the actual reconstructed fight, and any paleontology enthusiast is going to roll their eyes at the absolute cartoony way the show paints dinosaurs and other animals. So it's too boring and feet-dragging for the average audience member, and if it's too unrealistic and ridiculous for people already into paleontology, who the hell is it supposed to be aimed at?

I gotta wonder, what would you guys think of seeing other CZcamsrs seeing the movie and making their own side story set in the same universe. Another group of dinosaurs surviving the same flood just in another part of the world.

Given that we have good evidence that birds themselves are the only living dinosaurs, I think it makes sense that their closest relatives would be a lot like them, but I can still appreciate the reptile dinosaurs for their appeal and honestly I'd say that those sorts of depictions would represent pseudosuchians rather well.

Feathers on dinosaurs is scary because people don't really think of eagles, cassowaries or ostriches that all they think about is parrots and cute birds. Dinosaurs are really scary if they had feathers and science doesn't care what you think feather hating or feather, loving science does not care so. Deal with it.
