You didn't cleaned the clutch plate and clutch bell before replacing new.

This is amazing information, do you still remember the part number for the oil filter? I live in South Africa and I cannot find that oil filter anywhere and I'm hoping a part number will help as it's very expensive to ship from India to south Africa for the oil filter

Hi , my Suzuki access starts but dies down after 30 seconds, i have checked spark plug for carbon deposit, and cleaned it, 15 days ago air filter was replaced , still no use, i rode it a day before in the heavy rain it was all ok, this morning i tried starting is it's not working, I live in a remote village local service guy is busy for a couple of days , what can i do to fix it

Dear All, Following are major points to be checked as per all videos by RYSON : 1. Check spark plug rubber cap 2. Check spark plug carbon deposits [If yes, then check for damage to fuel diaphragm located just under fuel tank] 3. Check spark plug gap 4. Check if spark plug wire end is rusty or worn out 5. Check for any wear and tear in air filter snorkel/pipe hose 6. Check for any open wire connections which should be insulated with tape 7. Check if all vacuum pipes are connected tightly or not. Also check if any of these pipes are not damaged or have holes/slit.
