In majority of the USA, a case of chicken breast or thighs(for industrial use) is 40lbs x 100(weekly)= 4,000lbs a week, which I feel for Popeyes might be an understatement but then again on a 4 week period, that ~16,000 pounds of chicken a month. Which by averages could be around ~3,000-5,000 chickens they cook and sell every month.

In my lifetime, i think America began to lose some of its greatness when Globalism became a thing. I can remember how our economy was and how robust our cities and states were before NAFTA and before massive illegal immigration began to muddy the waters. Back in the 1990s, we began to see jobs taken overseas, outsourcing of jobs to India and more of an emphasis put on sending money to foreign countries to build their economies and support their wars. That has only increased in the past 24 years. We had actually made great strides in racial equality and all of the races learning to live together in peace. Then, in the last 10 years, the race baiting and political divide, between parties, has awakened the racial hate and division between the races. This was all done by design. Look at the homeless lining the streets of our cities. The drugs are rampant and killing our children. Crime and violence are rampant and poverty is growing in the richest country in the world. The middle class is shrinking and inflation is now taking away people's ability to even buy homes or have housing to live in. If people cannot see the difference between 30 years ago and now, then they have blinders on. That is want the TRUMP slogan, Make America Great Again", means. This video shows democrats saying how great the country is when they know that our country is in demise. Of course, their world is shored up by their millions of dollars that they somehow acquired while being a public servant. I challenge them to take a deep dive into America's inner cities that look like bombed out war zones. It ain't that great!!

In other states like California, the default is "left turn on green yields". However, the left turns in those states are set up so you never face a red light; you are in the lane you are turning from, facing a green light or in a left turn lane, facing a green light, and then you turn. In New Orleans, you have these wide neutral grounds that are the length of one or two cars. So, you turn into the neutral ground like you'd enter a left-turn lane, but now you're facing a red light. This video says: if that's the case, you stop. However, this video is an opinion video. I have heard the opposite-- from police officers. My method is, if I can make the left turn on green in one smooth motion (no cars coming the other way), I do "left turn yield on green"-- in this case, I began the left turn while facing a green light. If I need to stop (find myself stopped facing a red light, because there is traffic), I wait until green. And if someone ahead of me stops, I stop behind them, regardless. Honking at people to run through an ambiguous red light is a$$hole behavior.
