Can u please tell me how to store compound and how to make chocolate without melting in hot wether.??? please kindly answer this
During summer it’s advisable to keep in the refrigerator specifically white one it’s hard to store out side & it tends to spoil in hot days.. while making chocolates, keep for longer duration in fridge or freezer to set not so that it sweat later on outside… u will learn this as u practice
@@Nehasdelights thanks mam I was also asking for dark and milk chocolate after I make chocolate without wrapping aluminium foil and all chocolates started melting in this summer how to pack the chocolates without melting in any weather.kindly reply this one
@@prameelaananthavarapu9906 there are specific wrappers available for chocolates use that… its much lighter than aluminium foil, don’t use foil it will surely melt the chocolates because of the het produced
