DSD Mock Denture

Patient has been wearing the current prosthesis for a couple decades. I hope this mock denture will instill the confidence to go ahead and begin the long process of restoring both arches. The situation didn't allow for the application of a DSD type additive mockup. A mock denture was the solution.
