You mean the Drift Jump? Or maybe it's known as "Ultra Hop". I think "Ultra" is a bit too extra. Anyway, I discovered it by accident lol. I was just messing with the controls when that happened and I was confused. Turns out it's quite the helpful mechanic when trying to accomplish things fast. Very easy to pull off when going backwards, much harder when trying to go forward. But it's doable.

@@Diovaynes mhm! The ultra hop is the one. Seeing you perform it there sent me on a tangent of trying everything I could to replicate it like you did and eventually figured it out. Didn’t get a time as low as yours but I still passed the bar! So thank you for showing me a tech I didn’t know about ^^

@@Zappermint Hey, good job. The "ultra hop" is very easy backwards, but can be done forward, sideways and even neutrally, the hardest being forward. To pull it off, you have to "drift" by going backwards when hitting the ground (reason why I call them "drift jump"). Backwards is easy because you don't have to do much more than just hitting the right timing for the jump. A neutral hop, however, needs you to release the analog stick, or the backwards key on keyboard, before jumping. That causes it to be a bit more tricky to pull off. Sideways might be easier to do, since you need to, before jumping, press the left or right keys before jumping. And then forward is tricky because you need to, before jumping, go forward, and getting the timing right is much harder than other jumps. Still, it feels pretty good to pull them off, and doing them on the time trials can be quite rewaring. The game is so much fun to play that I still play it, even though I already finished it a couple of times. lol

The tutorial troll, after the cutscene skip, should not attack right away. But, for some reason, it was attacking right away, which caused a problem while I was trying to do a run. The troll attacking messes the fight making it very slow. I wanted to understand what caused it, but it would take too much time and effort, with something that might occur only once every Sun Eclipse or something. So let's just call it a "Random unlucky moment".

Unlikely. It will just make the run slower for no reason.

I just stack damage buff parts. The game does not sum it up correctly, for what I've heard, and makes the damage much higher than it should.

One of the amulets I got only works at close range for its extra damage. Bramwell is obnoxious to use, so Tomoe is better, even though she does not stack combos that well.

In Any% Speedruns, often is done only what is required to finish whatever the main quest could be considered. The House of Ballads is not required for the main quest of the game, so I just don't ever do anything about it. Also, there's no wrong way playing the game... unless you are constantly dying, then that may be a sign something's wrong. lol

@Diovaynes lol, not dying, game is not that hard early. But I was referring mostly to saving my reckoning bar for boss fights when apparently you automatically get the option... Right now, I'm replaying the game without leveling the character and only using items i find. I was wondering how far into the story I can go

lmao, that's the restoration loop, which is technically a glitch, if you think about it, and totally not intended to work the way it does. But I really like the fact that Bethesda has tried really hard to make the game balanced, and then this kind of thing (restoration loop, Necromage perk with Vampires) are available. The Chaos Enchantment is a different kind of beast though. It's actually intended to work the way it does. lmao

@@Diovaynes Well Bethesda didnt tried hard to balance the game. There are many things wrong in the game: If you want to balance it yourself... Just play adept, its the only balanced difficulty in the game, the rest mess up NPCs because that affect the damage dealt between entities and they take forever to end fights in higher difficulties where you didnt take action. Never temper armor and weapons since no one ingame access to that advanatage as enemy. Never get more than 1 point in first perk of onehanded, twohanded, marksman since damage goes too high, depending of roleplay you can go up on the tree and get beheading perks charging attack, ranger for marksman, etc. I would never get paralysis ones. Never get more than 1 point in first perk of light armor and heavyarmor, i would just get the rest of the bonus ones but ignore matching set to not get armor rating that high. Endgame armor should only reach 50% damage reduction. And for realism i would never get that one who dont slow you down anymore. No resto loop, no health boosting enchants rely on your build class healthpool to deal with game. 3 examples of classes: *Knight hp 450 mp 100 st 550 *Assassin hp 250 mp 100 st 750 *Mage hp 200 mp 700 st 200 No attack boosting enchants (onehanded, twohanded, marksman) The only exception is unique armor sets on squishy classes since there is no way of getting them unenchanted. Also no 0 cost magicka stack enchants, cap out at around only 50% reduction. No 100% spell absorption, max around 50% No higher than 50-60% magic resistance. If you enchant weapons with single element max magnitude 30 If you enchant weapons with double element max magnitude 15 each. If you enchant weapons with chaos max magnitude of 15 so it can roll 15, 30 or 45. Never use chaos weapons from loot who deal more than 15, they are broken. No destruction element boosting perks if you plan to use chaos weapons or normal elemental weapons, just use these perks if you plan to use magic spells as a mage only. No shield charge perk, its broken. Dueal wielding perks only on low health characters, its too good otherwise. Now with these rules game is better balaned and making potions make sense, it feels rewaring having a stock of health potions and magicka ones if you are mage. And since you arent a god anymore having followers or summons feels like a nice help if you want to use them depending of roleplay.

After helping Huges you gotta talk to him again. If that was not the case, your best bet is reloading the save file. If it doesn't work, maybe look online if others had the same problem. Could be a rare instance of a bug or quest flag not activating properly.

@@Diovaynes it is a bug it seems. Only my main character. I killed the Balor before going to Adessa as well. The quest related to it has also bugged it seems. New to Town. Weird that the rest of the game is fine.

I just use stuff that increases damage output. lol Also, for doing the actual crafting, it helps having a clean inventory, as well as not really need to worry about which part needs to be in which piece. The only one that requires caution while crafting is the Epic Gems which needs to go into the main body armor. So either I craft it first, or last.

If you are close to the wall when jumping, something prevents her from reaching full height.

This is on the OG version, so it would barely change. I would also go with a different build. And it would make the tutorial really slow.

I did follow it. The Storyline is full of required flags needed to unlock more and more areas of the game. It's not really possible to sequence break. The only thing I did was prepare my character in a specific way, as well as get "fast travel" locations for me to fast travel around, to finish the game is a more optimal way timewise.

I use just a few mods. A self-made mod for the Alchemy tree, no kill cams, player home zelda house music and Skyrim in Color.

It's hot-keys the game never tells. I won't remember all of them, and I don't know on controller, but for keyboard, while looting, you can press 2 to compare the selected item, then press 2 again to select one of the weapon slots, then space bar to equip it. You can also press 3 to place the item on your junk inventory to make it easier to sell.

The Bow barely does damage lmao. What increases the damage is the armor we craft, with gems and extra crafting materials that increases damage. I'm not sure how it works, but the extra damage calculation is done... poorly, but in our favor. So the damage is increased more than it should.

@@Diovaynes +20% dmg against lightly wounded enemies works on enemies that have 100% health? If so im a big dum dum.

@@xxXXRAPXXxx It does. Initially I thought maybe I needed to deal some damage first, which I would be able to with Mark of Flame, but they do take extra damage at full heath.
