Been going there since the 70s. Back then it had a dam and flume that fed a small power plant. That was deconstructed years ago and the creek was returned to its present state. It’s pretty cool, if you go, hike a few miles upstream to the headwaters. It’s a dry stream bed that’s filled by dozens of highly mineralized springs. The water is crystal clear . It’s a beautiful area.

You may be correct, but during the summer and winter seasons, it becomes ten times harder in the monsoon. I realized and experienced it yesterday. It's not as easy as that, bro.😊😊.I challenge you to do it in monsoons if you are true treekker😅
