Jessica, you are so brave. I am a father of two adult children who are the world to me! Likewise they think I am ok. I can not imagine your loss. What I would like to say is to embrace your situation and be sure to acknowledge your feelings as being valid and your memories the fuel to keep you going. Despite wearing the masks, which are questionable as to their preventing the spread of Covid 19, some of these nurses are touching their patients with their bare hands---an absolute no-no. Please remember, Covid 19 is primarily spread by physical contact. It is not an airborne virus. If it were, all of us would have had it.

In the U.S. they very rarely keep anyone overnight. Between my husband and I we've had some pretty intense emergency visits. They give you a check over, get you out of the worst pain, pat you on the head and send you home. Thanks health care

Ce has that effect. St Vincent hospitals head doctor said that on a special on TV a few years ago. He said it was far worse than heroin... Ice addiction be so dangerous .I feel for those doctors and nurses and all in the hospitals.

I feel sorry for old women who do her own stuff… I understand I’m only 62 broke my knee upper leg lower shattered it at home… been walker ever since ..I need two more surgeries but nope… had to many since then1 9 in the last 5 years now on a iv feeding tube . But PTL I’m still alive… I had two emergency surgeries in 1st November .. I taught it was just kidney stones hurting my stomach or my stomach colon problems … I had both kidney had kidney full of big stone no pee was getting out so it was ready to blow . Then 2 days later had 3. Blockages in colon had to be fixed was in hosp 18 day they didn’t want to send me home that day but I begged because. Of Thanksgiving I wanted to see family mostly grandkids I have 7😊

I do not like the crime that happens in the United States every day. American people should be treating people like they are friends and not acting like idiots and doing crimes

If you ban motorbikes and horses these doctors' workloads would be cut 70%.

Blair reminds me so much of my son, never scared of anything ! The way he rolled his eyes about surgery I pray he has a long life full of success and happiness ! My son passed away from a car accident in 2016, he was just 23 years old

As a paramedic one of the hardest parts of the job besides trying to save a life is watching the families suffer especially parents who are in agony watching their child suffer. I’ve had to tell parents that their child has died before. With another call a father accidentally ran over his 3 year old son when he was backing up his truck and didn’t see his son. He was alive when we got there but went into cardiac arrest as I intubated him and we never got him back. It took 2 nurses to walk him to the room to see his dead child. I was told later that his injury was fatal whether we git his heart started again or not I’m now medically retired and I’ve watched my mom suffer when she was seeing me in the hospital including when I was in the ICU more than once. I’ve come close to dying more than once and every year my medical history list seems to keep going up and this year is no different. I’ve had numerous hospitalizations and she has always been there for me but to see her stressed and crying because we didn’t know if I would survive is frightening
