Just bought a 28,000mi 1998 kompressor for US8,000. Love it.

My parents had a 620GSi in black with grey leather, sunroof etc etc very smooth car to drive.. different to a ford mondeo.. very reliable we had it for just over 10 years.

Not the most asteticly pleasing Cadillac ever. I'm sure they were great on a trip. I love my Cadillac,almost six yrs old & perfect.

Nice vans, but a VR6 tuned to a whopping 140 HP? That isn't a lot, and they make the choice to couple it only with a 4 speed slush box.. The same with the 5 cilinder TDI. It should be possible to get somewhat more power out of that? 102 PS. The 1.9 TDI made 110 with a red i. The 0-50 times at the end is also a give-away.

my husband's 2000 prism is burns 1 quart of oil per tank of gas. The drivers door release handle is constantly breaking. Other than that, it's a beautiful beater.

Hilarious...Rover management dismissed diesels just when all other manufacturers were going full steam into it. Their reasoning ? We're a prestige brand and we don't have dirty , noisy engines. A late friend was one of those who quietly worked under the radar with Perkins keeping it alive. It never got the full development it deserved. The last of these engines were more powerfull , quieter and more economical than their equivalent BMW , Merc or VW engines. But too late to go in a car. Same old story of opportunity theirs for the taking but blinkered management team thinking. It was the only time I saw him angry , he took early retirement soon after .

Amazingly the cam belt changing procedure was revised after it was found the plastic tensioner pulley would collapse after a belt change and retension. We still have a pair on our wall of shame . All with cracks in the plastic webbing. One man did his own and ignored our advice saying Ford did not specify it and we were loading the bill. His tensioner collapsed at 70 mph scrapping the engine......

at 12:00 on belgian insoections they use those hammers that damage the whole car s unibod. got into a fight with a belgian inspector for that. and since I am a 5 ft 7 small italian i hadbutted him on his nose when he said 'don t bigmouth to me or else i will teach you a lesson' because I complayned about him hammering on my car. yes he went over his book with that .
