None of this works at all I tried it a few times and followed all the solutions on a few different computers it just sits there and says it's scanned and then when you restart all the blocks are still there there's nothing in this video that helps I'm running Windows 10 gamers Edition once again tried all the steps and nothing changed

None of these things worked for me and was on the verge of wiping completely and starting over. Finally I found a fix deep in the steam help forum: right click and select "run as administrator" instead of lauching normally. Also it cannot be in startup apps or it will black screen every time.

what about when you are watching a movie and the screen turns black and then you still hear the movie running on the background, you still get messages and everything. When you restart it you still get a black screen, but the phone works, if you atach a keyboard and use a password to unlock then you can use it with samsung dex.
