I'd argue that was the best short I've seen from ELRP in a while. Music choice was good, fit the theme of the department, and the visuals to go along with it was good.

I remember seeing this back when it released and it I found it quite a perverted, down-bad thing to post back then. And as of now, it just stands to prove what a weirdo Tom was, considering what we know now.
