a Hard Rock "Power of Three" demon expulsion video with an eye opening ending... this track is one _HELL_ of a powerful spell being cast to attract, expose, and expel those ancient hidden demons they have been fighting on their journey... the stuff all flying to, sticking to, and covering the demon, i look at as they had to completely enclose the demon to fully expose, define, and confine it for the expulsion spell to work... no part could be left uncovered or the demon would be able to return... so their spell wrapped the demon with everything like a containment field until it was tossed back into the pit... once there, the items could be returned since they were no longer needed to serve that purpose... i say "Power of Three" as a reference to the _"Charmed"_ TV show... also, have you seen the movie _"The Sixth Sense"_ ? if not, i highly recommended it! that story line fits right in with what is happening in this OMV, too 😜 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

I see someone who's been properly Warned :)

I know in the past Akane has used E-drums on a few songs from their first 2 albums, Maid in Japan & New Beginning and Conqueror their 6th album, but until they discuss the making of this song in detail, I don't know one way or the other. I do know that Akane does have several E-kits so she doesn't disturb her neighbors when she practices at her home and her parents house. It wasn't until their 6th album though that they intentionally used E-drums for their tonality. My understanding is that for their first 2 releases, they used what they had available as most of their equipment was rented, and they would be recording while still actively performing/touring. There is an anecdote of Akane recording the drums for their song "Evergreen" in a club during a sound-check, on her new Sakae kit. Whether that is true or not, I haven't been able to confirm.

Hi Rey! Sadly you picked a live version with a terrible mix. The guitar is too loud and you can barely hear bass and drums. It is a talk show, so they aren't very good at sound for a rock band. LOL. I HIGHLY recommend you listen to the official Video. It is live video with studio audio. It's SO GOOD!! Dan Lancaster is also the touring keyboard/etc. player for Muse. They met Dan while they opened for Muse for 4 shows in Mexico. That is when Dan asked if he could work with The Warning. You can definitely hear the Muse influence on this album. The Warning are HUGE fans of Muse. But, their 4 album catalog is very varied in it's crossing the boundaries of rock subgenres and decades. The Warning are the best song writers of this generation, IMHO. But, you will see that as you listen to them more and more. And you will because they are addicting in the best possible way!! You've been Warned!

My reaction: Im not impressed 10 hours later: It's actually great I had the same reaction with brave new worlds The weird voice changes at the start really ruinef the song for me during the first listened The chorus was great abd reminded me something good but i couldnt take the weird edited voice out of head.

From playing "rockband" videogame, to playing for thousans all around the world.

Maybe you just found your new favourite band? I found them in 2013/4 so have seen them grow from kids playing Enter Sandman by Metallica to the best Rock band I know of now. Their history is fully recorded on their CZcams channel, from when they were tiny learning Classical Piano to playing on Rock Band then eventually deciding what instruments they wanted to play finally realised they could be a band. So they started off with covers but soon got into writing their own songs, this was where things started to grow, especially their Fans! They crowdfunded their first EP and two albums, for the third album they signed with Lava records after seven months of negotiations, mostly concerning their freedom to keep their Patreon and Discord communities and their right to make their own future regarding songwriting and not changing their ethos towards their work and personalities. The third album was a great success and now 4 years later we have their fourth album, which looks like pushing their boundaries into the big time. Songs next, anything really, you won’t find anything that you won’t like!

Here the bassier sound also comes from Dany playing a baritone guitar, which is a hybrid between a bass and a guitar, which is also tuned way down to drop A and Ale also tunes her bass down to drop A, so this gives a fantastic bass sound.

I get your point, it does seem very different to their other music. Mixing wise, it does stand out too. I think I like the general message of the song, we're all turning into consumerists and gluttons, and to add insult to injury, we're fucking up the planet. I do miss Vessels/Transmissions era Starset, honestly...There was more passion behind it. Their music nowadays seems a lot more commercially focused, at least to my ears.

Hello! It was interesting to read your reaction and advice. As you're a calm person, the smile at the first chorus and you're dance mood may be interpreted as 'oh yeah that's so goood' As a non pro, but crazy fan of this band, the thing i must add is the emotion. Jessie is able to express the emotions that the text carries on, so that gives a song who talks of a sad loss, but with energy of dance, growls of anger, etherial whispers and catchy chorus. I listened to bands like Amorphis (example) for years and Ankor are also of those who play the music THEY want, not the music mainstream want to sale. For me the are the modern alternative metal, without fear to do something different. And they are good musicians, no? About the chapters, i read that it can be stages of grief, or mental problems. This one seems about a person who run into a parallel reality, where here lover is alive... Or may be about reincarnation, this is open. Thx for your react, and f**k gatekeepers ;)

I just found The Warning last year and their album Error instantly became one of my all-time favorites. Their new album, Keep Me Fed, where this song is from is also great. I'm going to second the recommendation of Evolve from the 2023 VMAs or Hell You Call a Dream from the Pepsi Center as your next stop.

*a concise history* *_The Warning_* are Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra, three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico... you'll see their names and band name abbreviated as DPA or DPA/TW... each goes by a nickname taken from the first part of their names... Dany for Daniela, Pau (like POW!) for Paulina, and Ale (like Ah Leh) for Alejandra... DPA/TW started with music at a very young age... like 4 and 6 for Pau (drums) and Dany (guitar) when they started learning and playing classical piano... Ale (bass) was still pretty much a newborn... they all learned and played classical piano first... as a family, they used to watch concerts on TV together... music has always been a part of their lives and they are influenced by many bands from years past... then came the game, Rock Band, which Dany and Pau played all the time with Ale watching and clapping along... Pau, at age 6, gravitated to the drums and Dany, at age 8, took up the guitar...
